After earning his bachelor degree in accounting, Mr.
Taira passed all four parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant's
examination and was previously employed with Deloitte Haskins & Sells
and Ernst & Whinney in their respective Los Angeles offices. After
graduating with a joint J.D./M.B.T. degree from the University of Southern
California, Mr. Taira began his legal career with the law firm of Case, Kay
& Lynch. After three
years, he left for the law firm of Ezra, O'Connor, Moon & Tam to establish
its tax and estate planning department, where he was a shareholder and
director for thirteen years.
Mr. Taira joined The Pacific Law Group in 2000.
Mr. Taira continues his practice in taxation, estate planning, and business
and real estate. In addition,
Mr. Taira is a frequent lecturer to various professional groups and
associations in estate planning, real estate, business formation, insurance
and retirement planning.
