Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mr. Chow graduated from
the William S. Richardson School of Law and was admitted to the
Hawaii State Bar Association in 1981. Mr. Chow concentrates
in commercial, civil and personal injury litigation, and construction
law. He also does a substantial amount of work in the area
of creditor/debtor rights and lender liability matters.
Mr. Chow taught Pretrial Litigation at the William
S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii at Manoa, and
has given lectures and legal seminars on personal injury litigation
for lawyers, insurance companies and other trade groups.
Mr. Chow has been an arbitrator for the Hawaii Court
Annexed Arbitration Program since 1987. In 1993, 1995, 1996
and 2003, he was a panelist for the Statewide Training for Arbitrators. In
addition, he has served as a private arbitrator on numerous matters
relating to no-fault, uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist
disputes.
